Maintenance Requests
Please submit an online maintenance request for general work orders. Examples of maintenance requests include but are not limited to:
  • Landscaping
  • Fire Sprinklers
  • Light bulb replacement: The HOA only covers EXTERIOR lights on condos except for lights that the owner controls (porch and patio/deck lights). Townhome owners are responsible for their own lights.
  • Other HOA-covered repairs
Each work order is assigned a unique tracking number and responses are time stamped. This system enables HOA management to stay organized and follow up on requests within a timely manner.

Response times will vary but all requests will be acknowledged within 48 business hours (weekends excluded). Maintenance requests may require soliciting a bid from the contractor, which then requires Board approval. Due to ongoing budget constraints, the Board must prioritize requests accordingly. Unfortunately, that means not all requests can be executed at this time. Do note, posts on Nabr are not monitored by Management.

For street light outages, traffic safety issues, potholes, vandalism, illegal dumping, and other issues with public property, report to the City of Oakland via the SeeClickFix app
